Very rare collectable Conway Stewart Duro-Point No 2 Mechanical Pencil c1930's 

 
"Harlequin" pattern mechanical pencil made in England from early plastic (celluloid or casein) probably between 1933 and 1938
 
Patent Nos 202059 & 230714  (pending 25845/192621894)
 
Sadly, the metal ring is missing from the top of the pencil 
 
The pencil measures approximately 11 cm (4.33 inches) in length
